Industrial dispensers with auger

Industrial dispensers are devices used for automatic or manual dosing of masses of solid, liquid and powdery materials. 
The company Altebo Impact SRL produces all standard sizes of stainless steel dosing hoppers for the food industry and also dosing devices for powdery materials.
Screw feeders are designed for volume or mass dosing of bulk materials. The dispenser consists of a stainless steel (or polymer) body, agitator, auger in the measuring tube and two independent actuators for agitator and auger.
Thanks to the optimized geometry of the dispenser, it is ideal for use when dispensing adhesive or flake materials. The rotating rake in permanent motion prevents the material from loosening. Thus, even materials with low mobility are uniformly supplied to the dosing auger.
Depending on the particle size, the bulk densityAutomated premix production system, and other product features are different auger models. The screw speed can be adjusted by a mechanical variator.
