Yogurt production: A profitable business
Yoghurt is a fermented milk product, which is produced on the basis of pasteurized milk normalized by the mass fraction of fat and dry matter with or without added sugar, flavors, fruit and berry fillings, thickeners, stabilizers, vegetable proteins and other ingredients. The color of regular yogurt is milky, and yogurts with fruit fillings are colored by the syrups added to them.
